半胱氨酰白三烯(Cysteinyl leukotrienes, CysLTs)是花生四烯酸經5-脂氧合酶催化途徑生成的代謝產物。花生四烯酸經過5-脂氧合酶催化形成中間產物白三烯A4(LTA4), LTA4再經過兩條代謝途徑形成LTB4和LTC4, LTC4經酶解經一步轉化為LTD4和LTE4。LTC4, LTD4, LTE4在第六位上均有半胱氨酸, 故稱半胱氨酰白三烯。CysLTs參與哮踹、過敏性皮炎、心血管疾病、癌癥、腦損傷及腦重構等過程。
