Job Description:
Telesales （3 persons）
1.?Contact prospective and inactive customers to present and describe company products and/or services.
2.?Perform outgoing calls and manage account relationships to generate sales.
3.?Identifies new sales leads, record conversations in CRM tool, recommend products or services to customers and advises on unique configurations or technical integrations.
4.?Provide information on product or services. The representative may be assigned product line, customers, region, or customer accounts.
5.?Validate accuracy of current installation database.
Marketing Research Assistant （2 persons）
1. Performs diversified administrative duties which may include database administration, customer communication to troubleshoot or ensure customer satisfaction, general administrative coordination and other duties.?
2. Interfaces with multiple functions and/or Divisions to coordinate project work, research or reconcile information, assuring accuracy.
