儲(chǔ)存條件
-25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。
復(fù)溶后，2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。復(fù)溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個(gè)月有效期。
復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心，以將內(nèi)容物帶到底部。使用無菌去離子水復(fù)溶，重新配制至0.1-1.0 mg/mL的濃度，可根據(jù)后續(xù)實(shí)驗(yàn)更進(jìn)一步稀釋；長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存，建議在稀釋緩沖液中加入載體蛋白(0.1% BSA); 分裝為一次實(shí)驗(yàn)用量，-80℃凍存，避免反復(fù)凍融。
