概述 重組蛋白(Recombinant protein) 是通過應(yīng)用重組DNA或重組RNA技術(shù)獲取的蛋白質(zhì)，有體內(nèi)和體外兩種獲取途徑。兩種方法均是通過基因重組技術(shù)獲得連接有可以翻譯成目的蛋白的基因片段的重組載體，之后將其轉(zhuǎn)入可以表達(dá)目的蛋白的宿主細(xì)胞從而表達(dá)特定的重組蛋白分子。目前，重組蛋白已被廣泛應(yīng)用于蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)研究、免疫檢測試劑、重組蛋白藥物、診斷試劑開發(fā)、抗體藥物靶點(diǎn)、CAR-T細(xì)胞治療靶點(diǎn)、Fc受體、流感病毒蛋白和細(xì)胞因子等大多數(shù)熱門研究領(lǐng)域。
