羧甲基標記聚蔗糖
羧甲基標記聚蔗糖由羧甲基取代的葡聚糖鏈構(gòu)成,使其具有多聚陰離子的特點。檢查所有批次的分子量、取代度和干燥失重。TdB提供平均分子量70KDa的羧甲基標記聚蔗糖。羧甲基標記聚蔗糖為白色粉末。
結(jié)構(gòu)
聚蔗糖是由蔗糖與環(huán)氧氯丙烷共聚形成的高分子量的蔗糖聚合物。這個分子高度酯化,羥基含量高,在水溶液中有很好的溶解性。在羧甲基標記多糖黃總,羧基含量約為5%,相當于每五個葡萄糖和果糖單位含有一個羧甲基基團。
儲存和穩(wěn)定性
羧甲基標記聚蔗糖在室溫下儲存于干燥密封良好的容器中,可穩(wěn)定保存6年以上。

應用
羧甲基標記聚蔗糖常用于水凝膠。
